A 10% buyer?s premium shall be added to the final price. A $5,000.00 deposit by certified check made payable to Heritage Union Title Co. is required at the time of the auction. Balance of the sale price is due in thirty (30) days from date of confirmation of sale. The purchaser shall be responsible for costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. Failure to comply with the bid process will result in contempt charges and forfeiture of entire deposit plus damages allowed by law. The real property is being sold in ?AS IS? condition.
