Each auction listing includes complete details, terms, and bidding instructions.

For online auctions, bidding is handled through our bidding platform.

What Is a Buyer’s Premium?

A buyer’s premium is a percentage added to the final high bid on each item. 
 
  • Offset auction and advertising costs
  • Keep seller commissions competitive
  • Allow us to offer higher-quality merchandise

The exact percentage may vary and is listed in the Terms of Sale for each auction.


Pickup Times & Locations

  • Pickup dates, times, and locations are specific to each auction and are clearly listed in the auction details.
  • A required schedule pick up time is needed. Sign up details are located in the invoice with instructions to schedule.

Requests outside posted pickup hours may result in additional fees.


When and Where Do I Pick Up My Items?

Each auction includes all pick up informational under the Terms of Sale tab.
ALWAYS review these details before bidding.


What Is Extended Bidding?

If a bid is placed in the last two minutes of bidding, the bidding time is automatically extended. The extension length varies by auction and is listed in the auction Terms of Sale.


Measurements & Item Details

We make every effort to include accurate descriptions and measurements.
If you need additional information about an item, please contact our office before bidding.


Tax-Exempt Buyers

Tax-exempt buyers must provide a valid Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.
Please submit your certificate to our office before bidding.


Item Condition

All items are sold as-is, where-is.
We do not test items or guarantee functionality.
Preview opportunities are provided whenever possible. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding.

Shipping

Shipping via third party shipper may be available for select items. Due to size, weight, or cost, some items may not be practical to ship.
Contact third party shipper for a shipping quote BEFORE bidding.


Payment

Payment terms vary by auction and are listed in the Terms of Sale.

Accepted forms of payment may include:

  • Bank Certified check
  • Wire transfer

Failure to comply with payment terms may result in loss of ownership rights to purchased items.
